Auditions for "Manon" and "Rigoletto"

Opera Classica Europa is proud to present an audition for all leading roles in "Manon" (Jules Massenet) and "Rigoletto" (Giuseppe Verdi) in honor of Licia Albanese, one of the greatest opera singers of all times. Today Mme. Albanese is one of the greatest supporters of aspiring opera singers. Michael Vaccaro was a prize winner of the "The Licia Albanese-Puccini Foundation" in 1977.
For over 30 years Michael Vaccaro, general manager of Opera Classica Europa, has been a friend of Licia Albanese. In November 2011 Mr. Vaccaro visited Mme. Albanese and spoke to her about the upcoming new productions of "Manon" and "Rigoletto".

The audition is open to all opera singers and will be held on March 07 and 08, 2012 - starting 1.00 p.m. - at the Kurtheater Bad Homburg, Louisenstr. 58, 61348 Bad Homburg v.d. Höhe.
